LIVOLTEK Powers Romania’s First 100kW/225kWh BESS Installation at Hexing Europe’s Smart Metering Factory
LIVOLTEK is proud to announce the successful installation of a 100kW/225kWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at Hexing Europe’s smart metering factory in Romania—the first installation of its kind in the country! This milestone marks a significant step in our commitment to delivering sustainable energy solutions worldwide.
Precision Engineering & Seamless Integration
The installation showcased LIVOLTEK’s expertise in logistics, coordination, and precision. Our BESS system was carefully positioned using specialized machinery within Hexing Europe’s facility, overcoming spatial constraints while ensuring a seamless and efficient setup. This system is a crucial component of the on-site photovoltaic power plant, which is already powered by five LIVOLTEK GT3 (50kW) grid-tied inverters and 608 high-efficiency solar panels (550Wp each).
Driving Energy Independence & Sustainability
With an annual energy production of 383 MWh, the integration of LIVOLTEK’s advanced storage solution further enhances Hexing Europe’s energy independence and CO₂ emissions reduction. This project reflects LIVOLTEK’s unwavering dedication to optimizing energy efficiency, promoting sustainability, and accelerating the global transition to clean energy.
